21 Jan 2006 Basic Redesign Synopsis

What happened? I'll tell you!:

• HTML cleanup and total Validation!
• I reset the ROTCA database
• New Forum
• Color changes in some places
• New flash on the way!
• New archival policy -- I will archive every 10 news stories
• I have placed some non-intrusive Google AdSense ads underneath the Flash Cartoons. I hope these don't bother anyone. If they do, you can contact me with a better idea.
